Her husband forbid her from taking it when it messed her up so much that she refused to go outside. We were recommended to try it before leaving. I got so messed up after the first pill that I switched to Malarone. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Experienced Lariam users I've talked to recommend taking the pill in the morning and not at night to avoid the dreams.
