Professor in Training, who is not dull, has observed that Blogger's Rolling Blogroll widget has malfunctioned. If you use the Rolling Blogroll widget, like everyone else and their mom, be advised that the widget can cause links to your blog to arbitrarily appear on the sites of those on your blogroll, even when you've done nothing to put them there!

UPDATE:
FUCKING GOOGLE BLOGGER!!!1111!!!!111 ARRRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!111!!!111
If links to ANY of my posts have appeared on your blog, especially my birthday post, please know that it really wasn't me being Diva Douchebag. Blogger has autonomously generated every one of those links. I have NEVER linked a post of mine to a post of anyone else's, relevant or irrelevant.

Yes I notices that my most recent post was linked to your birthday post...seemed strange.
Haha - thanks for clarifying that I'm not dull!
I made this comment at mine, wanted to make sure you got it!
Juniper - Don't be silly! I figured it was a bug...and even if not - why would I be offended?
Actually my initial thought was that you were in the process of writing a related post (which linked here) and just hadn't posted it, which is why your birthday one came up as it was the most current one on your page. Then I realized that this was happening to lots of people and was a random bug.
Seriously, not an issue. Your understanding of my situation was never in question...and I hope you did have a really wonderful birthday by the way.
PiT, any time.
AA,
Well, that's a relief!
The whole thing is just so embarrassing. One of my biggest pet peeves is people who use other people like tools. I can't stand that shit. Good example: when various bloggers float around the blogosphere spamming every site they enter with links-- no matter what the hell they're about or no matter how crudely they do it-- instead of honestly trying to have conversations. And then, to look like one of those people--! Blogger can kiss my Mongolian Spot.
I did have a good birthday. Thanks for stopping by.
Mongolian Spot! Well there's something else I learned today... ...and a happy belated Birthday to you Ms. Shoe!
Personally, I think a Edwardian Tea Gown and lab coat combination would look fine, however, the footwear would be a dilemma...
WOAH-- Edwardian tea gown plus lab coat????? That TOTALLY calls for Naughty Monkeys! :)
biopunk, as usual, you've honed in on the educational gold. :)
WOAH-- Edwardian tea gown plus lab coat????? That TOTALLY calls for Naughty Monkeys!
Possibly. I'll let you know what I decide upon.
Ha, this is a bad thing? I revel in the idea that blogspot is assisting me in spreading my d-listness across the entirety of teh internets, leaving me one step closer to TAKING OVER THE WORLD!
*ahem* Did I say that? Well, of course I was kidding, hehehehehe.
Oh thanks for letting us know. I've always noticed that Cath@Vxwynot also had a track back link on PhizzleDizzles page. It was always weird linkages to.
that's blogger for ya! It's ok, really. :D
No need to disable your blogroll. Blogger generates links from other blogs on any blog that chooses to show links on their posts. If a blogger doesn't want your links showing up on their blog they can easily disable this feature.
While this feature used to show only relevant links, that is links from bogs that actually linked to a particular post, Google has for some reason ruined this feature by displaying links from any blog that links to the other blog. This bug has also rendered their Blogsearch feature useless.
Hopefully, Google will fix this bug, but disabling your blogroll only punishes the blogs you were linking to by depriving them of your links.
Hi Mr. Swift,
Thanks for visiting! And for imparting the valuable information. And for encouraging me to inflict my blog on as many other blogs as possible. When people inevitably complain about this last, I will blame you.
Yours sincerely,
Juniper Shoemaker
P.S. CPP introduced me to your blog months ago. It's hilarious!
